Located along Scout Rallos in Diliman, Goffa is a small but well-regarded café that caters to those who appreciate straightforward, quality coffee without the usual fanfare. It’s a spot where local coffee lovers—students, remote workers, and neighborhood regulars—often settle in for a quiet drink and light bites, especially in the afternoon when the nearby Tomas Morato buzz starts to wane.

The atmosphere here is unpretentious and cozy, making it a good choice if you want to escape the louder, busier cafés nearby. Expect a peaceful vibe rather than loud music or crowds, which suits people looking to focus, read, or simply enjoy their cup of coffee in a relaxed setting. Seating includes well-placed tables with accessible power sockets, although there’s no Wi-Fi, which encourages more intentional socializing or work.

Coffee quality is a particular strong suit at Goffa. The beans are well-chosen and roasted to highlight balance and flavor, pleasing those who prefer medium roasts with a smooth finish. Their mochas and iced mocha drinks stand out—carefully made with quality chocolate that leaves a clean, satisfying taste. Classic espresso-based options like flat white and cappuccino show attention to barista craft, with rich crema and well-pulled shots noted by regulars.

Complementing the coffee are simple but thoughtful food items. Their honey ham and Gruyere sandwich is a solid savory choice, while fans of lighter options have granola and yogurt bowls, blueberry muffins, and soft sponge cakes to pair with their drink. The lava cake gets special mention from locals as a worthwhile indulgence and a sweet finish to the visit.

Though no Wi-Fi is available, the presence of a smoking area and wheelchair accessibility show attention to diverse customer needs. For those who enjoy pastries beyond Goffa’s own selection, they can conveniently bring in baked goods from the neighboring Purple Oven, which adds a nice touch to the experience.

Overall, Goffa suits those who want to step away from crowded coffee shops and appreciate straightforward, well-crafted coffee and pastries in a modest, inviting environment. Mornings and late afternoons on weekdays tend to be quieter and best for visiting, while weekends might see a livelier mix of locals exploring the area. If you’re in Scout Rallos looking for a focused coffee stop without distractions, Goffa fits that niche well.

Goffa Cafe in Scout Rallos, Quezon City, definitely earns a stellar five-star rating from me! During my visit, I had the pleasure of enjoying their freshly brewed Genmaicha Hot Tea, which was a delightful blend of flavors. The Iced Mocha was perfectly crafted, providing a refreshing and indulgent treat. However, the true star of the show was their iconic Lava Cake, which was absolutely divine and left me craving for more. The overall experience at Goffa Cafe was outstanding, and I look forward to returning for more of their delicious offerings in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a cozy cafe with excellent drinks and desserts!

Great coffee that ticks a lot of boxes: great beans, good equipment, good barista. Had a good pull with a thick crema. It was flavorful. It was the best kind of medium roast, not under cooked. Food is another conversation all together. Another checkbox- has a smoking area. Hope they expand soon. I need to explore the area more, but this is the best by a long shot.

I'm very, very particular about my mocha. It's the first thing I order at a coffee shop because it says a lot about how they make their drinks, whether they use quality chocolate, etc. Goffa is in my top 3 now and I'm glad they're very accessible. The word about their lava cakes is true too. Get it. You won't regret it. Service is quick and polite. Wheelchair accessible. Bathrooms on premises. Can't wait to try their other menu items!

Goffa is a charming and cozy coffee shop tucked away at 77 Scout Rallos, just a short walk from the vibrant Tomas Morato area. Known for its no-frills approach to quality coffee, Goffa offers a simple yet satisfying selection of brews—perfect for those who appreciate a quiet afternoon cup without the usual café buzz. While the menu features only a modest assortment of snacks and pastries, each item is thoughtfully curated to complement their drinks. It’s an ideal spot for those looking to unwind, read a book, or catch up with a friend in a relaxed setting. Seating is limited, so it’s best to visit between 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM—just before they close—when the ambiance is calm and the light filters gently through the windows, adding to the warm, laid-back vibe.

One of the best ambiances for coffee shops in the Metro and I personally really liked their mocha. My friend's cappuccino was served a bit too hot but I asked them not to make my drink too hot and that seemed to do the trick. No wifi, but tables are nice and there are sockets. Aside from their menu, you can also buy things from the Purple Oven right beside and have it there. Also, their granita di caffe is so good. Perfect summer drink and I've never seen it in other coffee shops

It's a cozy spot, perfect for a casual hangout with a small group of friends. Just a heads up, it can get a bit loud if there are lively folks around. Their coffee selection is impressive. I went for a flat white, even though it's not on the menu, and it surpassed my expectations, definitely beats the big coffee chain. The coffee flavor shines through without being overly milky—perfect for a wake-up boost. And the menu doesn't stop at coffee; they've got a variety of pastries, pasta, sandwiches, and snacks to choose from. Plenty of tasty options to accompany your caffeine fix!

Goffa is a good place to unwind and work at. I ordered their chicken crepe and had a cafe americano. The crepe had a generous amount of chicken and mushroom, and their coffee had notes of chocolate – both of which were delightful and very much enjoyable. I have to note that their music was a bit loud, they don’t have wifi, and LTE is only good at a particular spot. Despite these, I’ll definitely go back as their service and food are excellent.

The place is situated within popular dining spots. The cafe is cool, quiet, small and clean. There are power outlets. It can accommodate few customers. We ordered a croissant and spannish lattes. I think the croissant came from the fridge then heated in the oven because when we took a bite and it's still cold inside. We don't think the coffee met the price of it although it looks nice when served.
